Rochelle Widdowson

Rochelle Widdowson is a Peabody and Emmy-nominated producer, director, journalist, and documentary filmmaker whose work spans from breaking news, unscripted TV series and long-form documentaries.

Currently working on development and pre-production for some exciting unscripted doc series coming in 2027. Most recently she was working at The New York Times Opinion team on Interesting Times with Ross Douthat and The Opinions where she helped their big transition from audio to a video-first production. Other credits include Ghost in the Machine, a feature documentary on the history of AI that premiered at Sundance 2026 and now airing on PBS, and an investigative 60 Minutes Australia piece on Epstein. She also co-directed and produced the three-part docu-series Demons & Saviors with Latchkey Films for ABC News Studios (Hulu), and produced both seasons of Inside Story, a series about the criminal legal system with VICE News and The Marshall Project.
